Before taking part in this program, make sure to read these terms. You have to agree with these terms before you are able to sign up.
The minimum age to partake in this program is 18 years. It is your responsibility to only partake in this program if you are both over 18 and of legal age in your country of residence.
Our Profit Sharing program, PS MIHO, is not available to the general public. PS Making It Happen Online reserves the right to accept or decline any member's application for membership without explanation, at our sole discrection. The use of our program is restricted to approved members. Each investment is considered as a private transaction between PS MIHO and the member.
As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.
All information on the PS MIHO website is property of PS MIHO and may not be published anywhere on or off the internet, without prior written approval from Making It Happen Online. You agree that all correspondence with Making It Happen Online is confidential. The information on this website and any communication with this website are not to be regarded as an offer or a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor intended for any person to whom it would be unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.
PS MIHO respects member's privacy. All member data given to and collected by Making It Happen Online is confidential and will not be shared, rented, sold or in any other way disclosed to any third party. Under no circumstance will Profit Sharing Making It Happen Online be liable or held responsible for any loss of data that may occur.
Any investment made in PS MIHO is made at your own risk. We do not give refunds or guarantee any income. You understand that past result are no guarantee for similar future results. Information on and communications with this website are informational only and should not be considered as an investment advice. You agree to hold owners and members of PS MIHO harmless of any liability.
It is your sole responsibility to be aware of PS MIHO current terms. Making It Happen Online reserves the right to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Changes to these terms may be made to respect the integrity and security of Making It Happen Online. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only resource is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Making It Happen Online program after a change has been made will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Under no circumstance will PS MIHO be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, costs and/or losses arising out of or related to these terms, or resulting from any violation of these terms and/or use of the Making It Happen Online website. You agree not to use this website for any illegal activities, and not to participate in the PS MIHO program if this violates any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation.
You agree not to publicly post any derogatory and/or slanderous statements about Profit Sharing Making It Happen Online or any of it's owners. Any member found posting negative votes on public forums or rating websites, without having tried to resolve any issues by contacting Making It Happen Online, will have their account cancelled immediately and irreversibly.
Spamming by means of newsgroup postings with hyperlinks, e-mail links, ICQ, Instant Messages or any other practice that is illegal or could reflect negatively on our program is strictly prohibited. Members violating these terms will be immediately and permanently removed from Making It Happen Online.
People who do not agree with the terms above, cannot join the Profit Sharing Making It Happen Online program.
